The Macroeconomic and Financial Management Institute (MEFMI) hosted a regional consultative session on Responsible Sovereign Financing during the Annual MEFMI Governors and Deputy Governors Forum on 21-22 November 2011 in Luanda, Angola.
The objective of the session was to review the second draft Principles on Sovereign Responsible Lending and Borrowing and explore possible avenues for their implementation.
The regional consultative meeting presented an occasion to bring together policy makers of the region to discuss the principles, in particular from regional and respective national perspectives.
