An important element in achieving the objectives and policies outlined in the Bangkok Declaration and Plan of Action, UNCTAD´s technical co-operation emphasizes knowledge sharing and enhancement, human resources development, productive capacity building, as well as support to trade facilitation and logistics, as instruments to facilitate a more equitable integration of developing countries into the global economy and to enhance their economic growth and development prospects.
