UNCTAD´s 13th African Oil, Gas, Minerals, Trade and Finance Conference, to be held from 10-13 November in Bamako, Mali, will explore the critical role information can play in the natural-resource sector. The theme of this year´s conference is "Natural resources development: capturing value from information."
