
A new training session on Cybersecurity will be organized from 28 September to 9 October 2009 in Tunis, in cooperation with the Tunisian National Agency for Computer Security (NACS). The session is open to African French-speaking engineers.
The deadline for applications is set for 15 July 2009! The second training session on Cybersecurity organized jointly by the Tunisian National Agency for Computer Security (NACS) and UNCTAD's Network of Centres of Excellence will take place in Tunis from 28 September to 9 October 2009. The training session will be conducted in French.
It will be held in Tunis, and will deal not only with a variety of technical aspects of cybercrime and computer security, but also with broader challenges and related policies.. NACS is in charge of implementing the Tunisian national strategy for ICT security, and is the only certified Computer Emergency Response Team in Africa.
Fifteen French-speaking African engineers will be selected to attend the training course in Tunis. Applications are now open! Candidates with the required profile should submit their application no later than 15 July 2009.
