  18 février 2010 - La crise financière et les crises interdépendantes que sont la crise climatique et la crise alimentaire sont désormais des paramètres qui doivent être pris en compte dans les politiques qui sont élaborées aujourd´hui. Pour le Trade and Environment Review 2009/2010, ces crises sont l´occasion de s´engager sur la voie d´une croissance économique plus résiliente et plus durable, y compris dans les pays à faible revenu et les pays les moins avancés (PMA).

Rather than continuing with “ business as usual” – economic management based on minimal government intervention, loose regulation, and poor international coordination – the global economic system should be shaped to meet the long-term interests of all countries and their peoples, Mr. Supachai said. |
