  14 Dec 09 - With UNCTAD´s support, Armenia has volunteered to assess the effectiveness of its competition law and policy. The aim is to strengthen the country´s competition law and to create a competitive, efficient and pro-business market environment.
 18 Nov 09 -UNCTAD will support the Government of Paraguay in the design and enforcement of a national competition and consumer protection framework, aimed at enhancing efficiency for economic growth and development.
 22 April 09 - Regional cooperation on competition policy is one way to "keep trade going as an engine for development" despite the global financial crisis, a Latin American and Caribbean seminar was told by UNCTAD´s Secretary-General.
