  21 Oct 09 - At the twenty-sixth session of ISAR, UNCTAD signed an MoU with Leiden University of the Netherlands and Carana Corporation of the United States, focused on building and sustaining quantitative research and measurement tools for determining the general level of accountancy development in countries around the world.

The meeting featured sessions on IFRS implementation, ESG disclosure, and Financial Stability.
