Project on Dispute Settlement in International Trade, Investment and Intellectual Property

Programme on Dispute SettlementThe Project on Dispute Settlement in International Trade, Investment and Intellectual Property, helps build a permanent capacity in countries for dispute settlement in WTO, and also in ICSID, WIPO and the UNCITRAL.

The Course on Dispute Settlement consists of 41 modules. The others will be available this year. Copies may be downloaded free of charge on the understanding that they will be used for teaching or study and not for a commercial purpose. Appropriate acknowledgement of the source is appreciated. Please note that this is NOT an online course.
