These lectures commemorate Raúl Prebisch, the first Secretary-General of UNCTAD.
This year´s lecturer is Professor Jeffrey D. Sachs, Director, Earth Institute, Quetelet Professor of Sustainable Development and Professor of Health Policy and Management at Columbia University, Special Advisor to United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon.
