Launch of the e-Learning and Webinar on Understanding Trade Facilitation for Members of the National Trade Facilitation Committees from Papua New Guinea

The members of the National Trade Facilitation Committees (NTFCs) from Papua New Guinea are participating in UNCTAD’s e-Learning Course for National Trade Facilitation Committees*. As part of this training, ten webinars will be organized.

Together with the launch, the first module will be delivered. This module is entitled “Understanding Trade Facilitation”. After completing the first module, participants will understand better the key concepts of trade facilitation together with the reason for the increasing importance of trade facilitation.

The objective of the webinar is to formally launch the course and offer an overview of the components of the course and to provide Papua New Guinea’s NTFCs with an opportunity to discuss more in-depth the content of the first module of the UNCTAD e-Learning Course for NTFCs. Besides discussion on the content of the module, participants will also have the chance to share their experience on the best use of the platform.
