The V Anniversary International Conference “Antimonopoly Policy: Science, Practice, Education” is organized by the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of the Russian Federation and the Skolkovo Foundation and Higher School of Economics (HSE).
The annual conference is a place where science and practice merge, allowing to seek the most complete answers to problematic questions on the most current and timely problems of competition law and policy.
This edition of 2019 the main theme of the conference is “New Trends in Competition Policy in Modern Conditions” where UNCTAD has been invited by FAS and HSE to participate and share its experiences on topical issues such as the identification and suppression of cartels in the digital economy based on the latest digital tool of FAS named : “The Big Digital Cat”.
