The annual training is organized within the Florence Competition Programme by the European University Institute (EUI) and targets regulatory and competition experts, academics and professionals, who wish to update their understanding of the challenges which are shaping competition and regulation in the digital era.
UNCTAD’s lecture provided an historical overview of the differences between the United States and the European Union in the application of competition law to unilateral conduct: Monopolization versus abuse of dominance.
