Understanding International Standards and Recommendations for Trade Facilitation in Cameroon – UNCTAD Empowerment Programme for National Trade Facilitation Committees

​This event, organized with support from UN Economic Commission for Europe, takes place in the framework of a EU project to support Central African countries  in the implementation of the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement.

The event will address Cameroon National Trade Facilitation Committee members. The objectives are to:
- Deliver Module 1 of UNCTAD's Empowerment Program for the Members of the Cameroon National Trade Facilitation Committee (NTFC);
- Increase Cameroon NTFC members' understanding on trade facilitation key concepts, benefits as well as the relation between trade facilitation and development;
- Improve Cameroon NTFC members' knowledge on trade facilitation international standards and legal framework, including the World Trade Organization (WTO) Trade Facilitation Agreement.
