Important information regarding the participation of observers from the non-member State categories at the Second Meeting of the Working Group on Enhanced Cooperation (WGEC), to be held at the Palais des Nations, Geneva, 06-08 November 2013.
Due to the security regulations of the Palais des Nations and the space restrictions of the room where the second meeting of the WGEC will be held, the participation of non-member states observers will be limited to the first 20-25 organizations that express their interest in attend this event.
The allocation of the places will be made on a first-come first-served basis. Consequently, we encourage the organizations interested in attend the meeting to send the information of their delegations (name and affiliation) to wgec@unctad.org as soon as possible.
Please note that the Secretariat will be hard-pressed to arrange entry without compliance to this process.
