RUBENS RICUPERO DELIVERS LECTURE ON HIS LAST DAY <br>AS UNCTAD SECRETARY-GENERAL

Following is the text of the lecture delivered today by Rubens Ricupero, who today completes his nine years as Secretary-General of UNCTAD. The lecture, entitled "UNCTAD Past and Present: Our Next Forty Years", is the 12th in the series of Raúl Prebisch Lectures instituted by UNCTAD in 1982.
