Science and Technology for Development

UNCTAD´s Division on Investment, Technology and Enterprise Development (DITE) provides support to the United Nations Commission on Science and Technology for Development (CSTD). It also undertakes work related to technology transfer through foreign direct investment and other channels as mandated by the Bangkok Plan of Action.

25 May - The 10th Session of the Commission of Science and Technology for Development was completed on 25th May, 2007 in Geneva, Switzerland with the successful adoption by consensus of a Draft Decision and Draft Resolution for submission to ECOSOC for its consideration at its forthcoming substantive session scheduled to take place in Geneva in July, 2007.
