Executive Summary
At its second meeting, the ITF provided feedback for the further development of the drafts of four discussion papers that were commissioned according to the ITF work plan agreed upon at the first meeting. Based on these reviews, the ITF discussed possible long and short term solutions and agreed to commission a respective study. The ITF also agreed to commission a paper on the relationship between the WTO TBT agreement, its relation to the ITF topic and topic related definitions.
