Workshop on the Implementation of Trade Facilitation Reforms for Saint Kitts and Nevis

​Saint Kitts and Nevis, as part of the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS), has participated in the UNCTAD project on developing National Trade Facilitation Implementation Plans during 2012 and 2013.
This workshop falls into the follow-up stage done by UNCTAD and ITC since the conclusion of the negotiations of the Agreement on Trade Facilitation (TFA) at the WTO 9th Ministerial Conference in Bali.
The two-day workshop will gather public and private trade facilitation stakeholders to identify what will be required to implement countries’ category B and C commitments and initiate the process of building project plans to request donors financial and technical assistance.
