The 9th Meeting of the UNCTAD Advisory Group on "Developing skills, knowledge and capacities through innovation: E-Learning, M-Learning, Cloud-Learning" will be organized in Geneva on 10 December 2013 by the Human Resources Development Section/TrainForTrade*. The meeting will examine best practices and current initiatives developed and implemented by international organizations and universities in the field of distance learning, and measure the impact of such approaches in developing countries. Representative from 15 UN agencies and delegates from various permanent missions in Geneva will take part in the meeting. Speakers of the event include experts from the academe and government institutions, as well as leading IT companies.
