The workshop will focus on relevant aspects of competition law enforcement. In particular, the following topics will be discussed in this forum: the conduct of inspections at companies and at the homes of company directors, the adoption of interim measures, the scope of review of administrative decisions in competition matters and sanctions and the methods of calculation of fines.
