Launch of e-learning course on effective communication for members of the National Trade Facilitation Committees

This is the second English edition of the self-paced online course on Effective communications for Members of the National Trade Facilitation Committees (NTFCs).

This edition will be delivered in selected English-speaking countries participating in UNCTAD’s project Accelerate Trade Facilitation, financed by the United Kingdom.

The course is designed to strengthen NTFC members’ presentation, public speaking, communication, and training skills to enhance their leadership abilities in trade facilitation in their countries. Participants will be provided with both essential knowledge as well as concrete and practical advice to improve their communication and presentation skills.

The course will be launched on 18 October 2023. Participants will then have one month to complete the course. UNCTAD will present the objectives of the course to participants and explain their tasks. The session will provide an opportunity to answer potential questions regarding the course.
