Concurrences, with the support of The Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Competition Association, is organizing a day conference dedicated to antitrust in Asia.
This conference delves into the issues raised by the implementation and enforcement of antitrust rules in the Asian countries and offers the opportunity to discuss the hottest topics with some of the most prominent local and international antitrust academics, enforcers, and practitioners. The conference is now the most well attended antitrust event by enforcers in Asia.
UNCTAD has been invited to share its experience assisting ASEAN member States in Panel 4: “Enforcers Roundtable”, intervening besides Asian Competition Authorities Heads of Hong-Kong, China, Japan and
