The COMPAL Programme and the Costa Rican Consumer protection agency will hold a national workshop on e-commerce and alternative consumer dispute resolution.
The COMPAL II Programme has been supporting the upgrade of the competencies of the Costa Rican agency (DAC) concerning pressing issues, particularly: e-commerce and alternative consumer dispute settlement. DAC civil servants have previously undergone training workshops with the COMPAL programme but those did not cover these two issues.
