This is a consolidated report of UNCTAD Capacity building and Technical assistance activities extended to developing countries over the period 200-2004.
The report reviews the Policy framework that UNCTAD uses to formulate needs assessment, short term technical assistance, training of trainers courses, training of judges workshops and seminars and investigation methods courses.
The report gives an account of activities carried in Africa, Asia and Latin America since the UNCTAD X Conference in Bangkok, February 2000.
