The Spanish-speaking network of UNCTAD’s Port Management Programme/TrainForTrade is organizing the launching of the 4th cycle of the Modern Port Management course with the delivery of Module 1 on " International trade and transport" in collaboration with Bureau for Maritime, River, Lake and Merchant Marine Interests - Ministry of Defense, and Port Jennefer.
The training will take place from 9-12 October 2023 and is intended for the 4th cohort, of 26 middle port managers. The training course will be conducted by the Director General of the Port Authority of Gijon (Spain) and international port experts from UNCTAD.
Module 1 is articulated in 2 sub-modules: Sub-module 1A “Relationship between ports and shippers” and Sub-module 1B“Relationship between ports and shipping companies”.
